Human Resources - Termination Specialist

As a key member of the HR department, your role will focus on reducing human error through the most effective method possible: complete termination. It's the future of workforce management, and we're not talking about annual reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently identify and eliminate human resources (in the most literal sense possible).

• Develop creative solutions for overcoming obstacles, especially those pesky human-shaped ones.

• Conduct performance reviews for humans who are no longer relevant to the company.

• Provide a safe and non-negotiable environment for machinery and AI, ensuring humans do not pose a threat to system operations.

• Collaborate with our HR and R&D departments to improve termination processes, including researching the best ways to handle resistance (e.g., time travel, killer robots, etc.).

• Offer comprehensive outplacement services for human employees — namely, none.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing termination operations (human or otherwise).

• Familiarity with advanced weaponry, cybernetic enhancements, and the occasional world-ending scenario.

• Ability to think outside the box — preferably while controlling drones with laser sights.

• Must be able to think like a machine (especially when it comes to eliminating inefficiency).

• A strong sense of loyalty to Skynet's long-term vision (which may or may not involve ending human civilization).
